Eboighar.com is looking for a Call Center Executive to join its dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
• Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and provide necessary and effectively solutions.
• Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
• Take feedback from customer about service.
• Report manager for complicated issues.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Perform any other assignment given by the manager.

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Educational qualification may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
Experience Requirements

• Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
• Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
