It has come to my attention that a ‘certain individual’ has been spreading some propaganda about my page. This individual purchased a 10ml bottle of benetint from my page and now claims that we sold them a fake product. Curious mind wants to know what made her think that? 🤷🏻‍♀️
She says the packaging and the applicator is not the same as the picture. Which picture is she referring to? The picture of the 6ml bottle. BENETINT COMES IN 2 sizes- 10ml and 6ml. The packaging and the applicator of both the bottles are different. This person ordered a 10ml bottle and straight up claimed that since the packaging is not like the 6ml bottle the product is FAKE. I mean W*F? I was OUTRAGED! No one in 6 years of my pages existence can claim that we sold them a defected product let alone a counterfeit one. We might have complains about delivery delays now and then due to unforeseeable circumstances but NEVER ABOUT PRODUCT QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY. She then claims that the product is leaving stains on her face? Honey you ordered a cheek stain! THAT IS WHAT BENETINT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. IT IS AN EFFING CHEEK STAIN. READ.THE.INSTRUCTIONS

Please educate yourself before you embarrass yourself.
