I want to become rich, not just for myself, but so I can use what Allah gives me for His sake. I want to reach a point in life where I can build masjids, help orphans, feed families who are struggling, give to those who have nothing, and be able to help people without having to think twice about whether I can afford it.
I want my rizq to be something that benefits more than just me. Because one day, all of this dunya will be left behind. The money, the things we worked so hard for, the life we built, none of it will come with us when we return to Allah. What will remain are the deeds we left behind.
That’s why I pray to Allah for wealth with barakah. Not wealth that makes me forget Him, but wealth that brings me closer to Him. Wealth that allows me to give sadaqah, support people in need, build something that continues to benefit others, and leave behind sadaqah jariyah even after I’m gone.
If Allah blesses me with more than enough, I hope I’ll always remember that it was never mine to begin with. It was an amanah from Him.
I don’t just want to be rich. I want to be rich enough to make someone else’s life a little easier, to feed someone who is hungry, to give an orphan something to smile about, to help build a masjid where people can worship Allah, and to leave behind something that keeps earning rewards for me even when I can no longer do anything for myself.
May Allah give me halal rizq, put barakah in it, and make me generous with it. May He allow me to build, give, feed, help, and serve for His sake. And when my time comes, may the things I gave in this dunya continue to benefit me in the akhirah.
That’s the vision. In shaa Allah. 🤍
