On May 12, 2026, the Human Resources Department of A K S Khan Healthcare Ltd. organized a half-day training session on “Customer Service Excellence” at the Head Office under its Future Leadership Development Program.

The session was attended by Assistant Branch In-Charges, Sales Associates and Pharmacists from various AKS Pharmacy outlets. Facilitated by Mr. Farhat Rahman Khan, Manager – Training & Development, the program focused on customer service standards, effective communication techniques, handling challenging customer situations and strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
The training was highly interactive, featuring role plays, group activities and scenario-based discussions that encouraged active participation from the attendees.

The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where Mr. Farhat Rahman Khan handed over certificates of participation to the participants, encouraging them to apply the learnings in delivering exceptional customer service.

On April 30, 2026, the HR Department of A K S Khan Healthcare Ltd. organized a day-long Employee Orientation Program for the newly recruited employees of AKS Diagnostics Mymensingh at its Diagnostics premises in Mymensingh.

Facilitated by Mr. Farhat Rahman Khan, Manager – Training & Development, the session was highly interactive, with active participation from cross-functional departments of AKS Diagnostics Mymensingh.

The orientation program focused on key topics, including the company and its Management’s introduction, policies and procedures, the company's Code of Conduct, policies to prevent Gender-Based Violence & Harassment and guidelines for effective communication skills in patient interactions.
