✅ যে ধরনের দক্ষতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে:

🔹 ইলেকট্রিক্যাল সেক্টর: • ইলেকট্রিক্যাল BC লাইসেন্স
• ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল মেশিন মেইনটেন্যান্স কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
• ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল অটোমেশন ও কন্ট্রোল সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে
• ইলেকট্রিক্যাল হাউজ ওয়্যারিং কাজে দক্ষ হতে হবে
• সাবস্টেশন ও জেনারেটর পরিচালনার বেসিক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে
🔹 মেকানিক্যাল সেক্টর: • ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল মেশিন মেইনটেন্যান্সে অভিজ্ঞ হতে হবে
• আর্গন ওয়েল্ডিং ও MS ওয়েল্ডিং কাজ জানতে হবে
• বেসিক স্যানিটারি কাজ সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে

🎓 শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: SSC / HSC / ডিপ্লোমা / টেকনিক্যাল ট্রেড কোর্স সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

💼 অভিজ্ঞতা: সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। দক্ষ ফ্রেশাররাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work
• Operate Argon Welding & Regular Welding efficiently
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment problems
• Support production and maintenance teams
• Ensure proper safety and maintenance standards

🎓 Educational Requirements:
• SSC/HSC/Diploma/Technical Certification in Electrical/Mechanical Technology preferred

💼 Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance work
• Candidates must have practical experience in Argon Welding & Regular Welding
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Freshers with technical skills may also apply

🔢 Number of Vacancies:
02 (Two)

📍 Job Location:
Narayanganj & Gazipur Plant

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and formulate new pharmaceutical products
Scale-up from laboratory to pilot and commercial production
Prepare stability studies, validation protocols, and documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (WHO, GMP, etc.)
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams

🎓 Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from any reputed university.

💼 Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience
Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.

⚙️ Additional Skills:

Knowledge of formulation, BMR, BPR, BCR & validation
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Good time management ability.
