HelloDoctor is a Bangladesh-based health technology (HealthTech) company and an online primary-care consultation platform. The platform facilitates medical consultations via chat, audio or video with BMDC-registered MBBS doctors for private health concerns, skin, hair, women’s health and other common health issues. Following an initial assessment by an MBBS doctor, referral to a specialist may be arranged where clinically appropriate, subject to doctor availability and platform policy. HelloDoctor has no commission-based arrangements with any hospital, diagnostic centre or pharmaceutical company.
