This cream contains two powerful medicated active ingredients:

🔹 Ibuprofen Piconol 3.0%
→ Helps reduce inflammation, redness, and pain caused by acne

🔹 Isopropyl Methylphenol 0.3%
→ Helps kill acne-causing bacteria

🎯 Best for:

✅ Red & inflamed pimples
✅ Painful acne
✅ Early-stage cystic acne
✅ Swollen & irritated breakouts

❌ Not very effective for blackheads & whiteheads
