RE KHAKSAR Ali, 65yrs.
A case of *MANGLED RIGHT HAND FOLLOWING MACHINERY INJURY WITH GRASS CUTTING MACHINE*

*✓Laceration involving both surface of the Hand
✓Ext Tendons Laceration
✓Open Fx 2nd , 3rd, 4th & 5th MC & proximal Phalanx of 2nd, 3rd & 4th fingers* at 1630 hrs on 20-8-22.

Emergency Ops ( From 2230-0130hr)
Through surgical Toileting, wound Debridement, K-wire fixation of all fractures & Repair of soft tissue.

Initially I was doubtful regarding the VIABILITY of the fingers.

*ALLAH SWT is so KIND*

Pt now stable, Rt Hand - (all injured fingers) Sensory intact, warm finger with Good Capillary refill, bleeds on needling.

We did *MIPO (Minimal Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis)* on 01-09-2021.
Last week pt came for follow up. *Alhamdulillah* - He again can join the mosque.
