মেরুদন্ডের ঘাড়ের অংশে ডিস্ক প্রল্যাপ্স ছিল। হাত ও পায়ের শক্তি কমে যাচ্ছিলো। Cervical Disc Prolapse at C(5/6) level. Performed ACDF surgery. আলহামদুলিল্লাহ রোগী আগের চাইতে অনেক ভাল আছে।
