Most sleep apps tell you how you slept.
SleepSpace is designed to actually do something about it — while you’re sleeping. 🌙🔊
We just launched a new way to visualize the sound environment in your bedroom throughout the night, including potential disruptions like snoring and other nighttime noises.
In the example above, you can see:
🎤 Sound levels throughout the entire night
😴 Potential sound disruptions like snoring
🔵 When pre-sleep sounds were played
🟣 When Deep Sleep Stimulation occurred
🌅 When our Dream Enhancer was activated
But here’s the part I’m most excited about:
SleepSpace is one of the only sleep apps designed to adjust sounds in real time based on what’s happening during your sleep.
Instead of simply giving you a sleep score the next morning, SleepSpace can use real-time sleep information to adapt the sound environment — including sound masking and sleep-stage-targeted sounds designed to support deeper, less disrupted sleep.
I've spent years researching a simple question:
What if sleep technology didn't just measure sleep — what if it could enhance it?
This new visualization makes that process much more transparent. You can now see both what was happening in your bedroom and when SleepSpace intervened during the night.
Tracking is useful.
Closed-loop sleep enhancement is where things get really interesting.
More coming soon. 💤 Try it for free tonight! https://sleepspace.com/
