Max is one of the first few babies I had the opportunity to care for during my DOH deployment.

Nine years later, he is now in Grade 4, and I could not help but reflect how time flies. Time is in constant motion. Nothing can halt it, slow it down or fast-forward it. There is nothing we can do to stop it from ever moving. What we do with our time and the people we choose to spend it with is what truly matters the most. Our life is a gift, and our time here is borrowed. So whatever we do with it— connect with people, influence others, make an impact on someone's life, be a catalyst of change or, be the change we want to see in this world, let it not be for our own gain but for the glory of the One who gave us life. So go out there. Be a part of other people's lives.

Thank you, Max, for reminding me that once in my life, I was a part of yours. To God be the glory! 👆

Protect yourself and your family from flu. Get your flu shot now!

26/07/2025

Just the beginning of another school year and I have seen a lot of cases of flu-like illness everyday from my school-aged patients and these can affect their studies.

As always, parents and guardians, vaccinate your children with flu vaccine. Visit your doctors, inquire about the vaccine needed to protect your children.

Ingat po tayo!
