Witted Roots is a mental health + emotional wellness platform for millennial women of color, rooted in themes of self-reflection, and vulnerability. We exist at the intersection of passion and purpose to help millennial women of color discover the tools necessary to thoughtfully address and intentionally approach their mental health + emotional wellness. We leverage our passion and purpose to create and curate relatable, relevant, and coherent content to fulfill our commitment to our audience. Ultimately, we aim to be the first stop for millennial women of color who are interested in pursuing a more thoughtful personal journey of digging up the roots of the who and what they are, to discover their own unique path and mental health + emotional wellness journey. We emphasize raw honesty and witty discussions, so please feel free to connect with us!

I’m used to being the one holding space…not asking for it.
But chronic illness has a way of teaching you (again and again) how much softer life becomes when you let others help carry the weight.

After a lot of back and forth with myself, I’ve started a to help with the costs of ongoing treatment, and I’m sharing it here with equal parts vulnerability and hope.
