This is live kefir Beej.
Making kefir with kefir Beej is very easy.
Cool the well-boiled cow's milk and take it in a glass. Mix one tablespoon of kefir Beej well in a glass of milk. Cover the glass with a lid and leave it on the table in normal temperature for 7 hours. Then again, keep it in a normal refrigerator for another two hours. What you get after that is the one, Ready to eat milk kefir made by you.
Kefir eating method:
Mix one part kefir with two parts of water in a glass, mix it with one tablespoon of lemon juice, a little salt and a little pepper powder. You can also add sugar or Splenda like any sweetener. Stir well, and that's it. The world-famous Kefir drink is done. This kefir drink can not be stored, it must be consumed right away.
