👩‍💼👨‍💼A recent study in Belgium, the IDEWE report(2023) states that 58% of Belgian employees - 64 % of men and 50 % of women - are overweight. It is a figure that increases every year, the researchers note, because in 2011, it was 51% of employees. In addition, it appears that 1 in 4 Belgians - 25 %, 30 % in men and 17 % in women - have high blood pressure. That has also increased, in 2019, it was only
19%. The IDEWE study was conducted among 238,728 Belgian employees.

🥗A salad and soup lunch may work for one individual but not for the other! A protein no carb dinner may satisfy some, but not you!
