For a long time, I held everything. Every session, every detail, every decision, every part of the space.
â¨Because this work was never something I wanted to do halfway. I wanted to feel it fully.â¨To understand the weight of every detail.â¨To really know what it means to hold someone, in every way.
And honestly, Iâm grateful for that phase.â¨It shaped my standards, my depth, and the way our work actually lands.
But at the same time, something else was growing.
A bigger vision. A deeper need in our community.
Alchemia expanded. More ideas, more dreams, more healing.â¨And I didnât want to shrink that.
But I started to feel it.
Feeling stretched. Pulled between too many roles.â¨Creating, holding space, clients, marketing, InstagramâŚ
And slowly, I could feel myself being pulled away from the very thing that gives me the most energy.
The depth.â¨The presence.â¨The real work.
Because what I love isnât managing everything.â¨Itâs being inside it.
Fully immersed in my craft.â¨In my sessions. In the energy.â¨In that moment where something clicks and shifts in someone.
Thatâs where Iâm most aligned.â¨Thatâs where my work truly lands. Thatâs what fires my entire being.
So I made a different kind of decision.
Not to grow for the sake of growing, but to expand in a way that protects the depth.
To build something that can hold more without losing what makes it powerful.
is part of that.
Not just because of what she does, but because of how she holds the work.
There is care, presence, and a deep respect for the process.â¨The same understanding that this work is about meeting people on every level. mind, body and soul.
Weâre building something real. Something deep.
A space.â¨A community.â¨A way of holding people that creates lasting transformation.
And this really feels like just the beginning. đđť
