I’ve always loved creating experiences for brands that go beyond “activation” and become a moment people can actually feel through their body with a real imprint.

For Fresh Escape by Ricola, I’ll be guiding The Ricola Breath Break: an immersive headphone experience in the flower tunnel, blending breathwork, nervous system relaxation and a sensory Ricola tasting.

A soft invitation to pause differently.
To breathe.
To taste.
To come back to your body.

Because sometimes a real break doesn’t need more time, just more presence.

It takes two to tango 💃🏻🕺🏻As we’re celebrating my favorite dance partner today, I found myself reflecting on some of the things I think make our relationship work.

Not because we’re perfect. Far from it.
But because through different seasons, different versions of ourselves, hard conversations, growth, stress, love, change, and many elevator selfies… we keep finding our way back to each other.

Relationships aren’t built in one moment.
They’re built in the small everyday things, over and over again.

Happy birthday to my favorite human.

Thank you to .christopher for creating work that feels both deeply personal and completely open.

thank you as well to for writing an exhibition text that felt philosophical and emotional rather than overly academic. It made the work feel even more human.

🤍 thank you to for consistently bringing such quality work to Antwerp, and for surprising me each time with artists and exhibitions that open something new.

🤍 Thank you to my dear friend , who continues to invite me into spaces that expand the way I see, feel, and think. Your love for art, and the way you host people around it, brings so much richness into my life.

Gent, we’re coming to you ✨ This will be a deep yet safe journey into the body, mind and subconscious. Working with the breath, movement, sound and guided introspection to release what has been held inside and hold space for what’s ready to move.

For anyone who feels:
• overstimulated or emotionally full
• disconnected from their body
• stuck in old patterns
• ready to release, reset, and reconnect
• curious about the deeper power of breathwork

I’m really looking forward to bringing this work to Gent and sharing this space with you.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads this is a space to reset your system and reconnect with your inner compass.

A week to step out of the noise
and come back to what is actually true for you.

Through breathwork, movement, sound, and guided introspection we work with the body as the entry point
so change doesn’t just stay in the mind
but is felt, integrated, and lived.

Expect depth and space
activation and rest
structure and freedom

A small group
a held environment
and time to truly land in yourself

For a long time, I held everything. Every session, every detail, every decision, every part of the space.

Because this work was never something I wanted to do halfway. I wanted to feel it fully.
To understand the weight of every detail.
To really know what it means to hold someone, in every way.

And honestly, I’m grateful for that phase.
It shaped my standards, my depth, and the way our work actually lands.

But at the same time, something else was growing.
A bigger vision. A deeper need in our community.

Alchemia expanded. More ideas, more dreams, more healing.
And I didn’t want to shrink that.

But I started to feel it.
Feeling stretched. Pulled between too many roles.
Creating, holding space, clients, marketing, Instagram…

And slowly, I could feel myself being pulled away from the very thing that gives me the most energy.
The depth.
The presence.
The real work.

Because what I love isn’t managing everything.
It’s being inside it.
Fully immersed in my craft.
In my sessions. In the energy.
In that moment where something clicks and shifts in someone.

That’s where I’m most aligned.
That’s where my work truly lands. That’s what fires my entire being.

So I made a different kind of decision.
Not to grow for the sake of growing, but to expand in a way that protects the depth.

To build something that can hold more without losing what makes it powerful.
is part of that.
Not just because of what she does, but because of how she holds the work.
There is care, presence, and a deep respect for the process.
The same understanding that this work is about meeting people on every level. mind, body and soul.

We’re building something real. Something deep.

A space.
A community.
A way of holding people that creates lasting transformation.
And this really feels like just the beginning. 🙏🏻

I’ve seen this pattern so many times, in clients, in relationships, and lately very present in my own life.

We confuse love with staying.
We confuse compassion with accepting everything.
We confuse “not judging” with not having boundaries.

I want my love to say:
I see you.
I care about you.
And I will not participate in something that is harming you or me.

I’d like for my love to have boundaries.
Not as punishment.
But as self-respect.
As clarity.
As truth.

love without boundaries is not love.
It’s self-betrayal.

Because sometimes, the most loving thing you can do is to stop being part of a cycle choose yourself instead.

Not from ego.
Not from anger.
But from alignment.

Two people can stand in front of the same canvas and see completely different worlds. Standing in front of this painting by .proux at the opening of ‘Out of the Blue’ at Antwerp I was reminded why I love art so much.

Art is never just one story.

When I looked at this painting, I saw comfort.
Intimacy.
Playfulness.
Warmth.
A sense of community.

Bodies gathered together, resting under the sun. A moment of closeness. Something soft and human.

But the person next to me saw something entirely different.

He spoke about pain.
Intricacy.
Complexity.
A certain tension between the figures.

And neither of us was wrong.

That’s the beauty of art.
It becomes a mirror.

What we see often says as much about our inner world as it does about the work itself.

A painting is never just pigment on canvas.
It becomes a conversation between the artist, the work, and the person standing in front of it
