This week, the VMD / Orion Pharma Animal Health team had the pleasure of visiting our long-standing partner, Orient Traders International, with whom we have proudly shared more than 2️⃣0️⃣ years of successful cooperation in Pakistan. 🤜
The visit included dairy farm visits and valuable discussions with farmers, veterinarians, and farm managers about the current challenges and opportunities facing the livestock industry. These exchanges provided important insights into local needs and reinforced our commitment to supporting animal health through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
We also had the opportunity to visit the Orient Traders International offices in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Islamabad, where we met with local teams to discuss market developments, industry trends, and future opportunities. These open and constructive conversations further strengthened our partnership and provided valuable perspectives on the evolving animal health sector in Pakistan.
A key highlight of the week was the launch of a newly registered respiratory health solution for cattle in Pakistan. To mark this important milestone, we organised a series of seminars in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Islamabad, bringing together veterinarians, professors, dairy industry professionals, and representatives of veterinary authorities. 🗯️☑️
During these events, we presented our company, shared our global activities and vision for the future of animal health, and discussed one of the industry's most important topics: bovine respiratory disease (BRD) management. 🐄🐂The sessions encouraged active participation, valuable discussions, and the exchange of practical experiences aimed at addressing everyday challenges in the field.
