Ready for the next generation of barcodes

In 2025, our first products featuring a GS1 QR code already appeared on store shelves. A milestone in a digital innovation journey that will open new possibilities for sharing product information, usage tips and sustainable communication.

Discover this GS1 article, where we share how we approach this transition, the challenges we encountered and why we decided to hop on the digital train early.

Today, we celebrate the heroes of the road! 🚚

To all the truck drivers who transport our products across regions and borders: thank you. Your early departures, late arrivals, and countless hours on the road make all the difference.

No matter the weather, the traffic or the distance, you keep our production sites supplied and ensure our customers receive what they need, when they need it.

Your dedication keeps our entire supply chain strong.
So today, we pause to recognise your commitment, professionalism, and hard work. Our success quite literally rides with you and we are deeply grateful. 🙏👏

Last week was International Volunteer Day, for Agaris the perfect moment to highlight our commitment to social responsibility and to remind ourselves how much we can achieve when we come together for a good cause.

🌱 In the spotlight: Agaris’ employee-driven volunteering initiative, Planting Tomorrow.

In October, a motivated group of colleagues volunteered at Woonzorgcentrum De Liberteyt in Ghent, where we refreshed the garden by:
🌼 Planting flower bulbs
🧤 Preparing the vegetable garden for winter
♿ Installing a wheelchair-friendly picnic table
🌿 Donating Agrofino products to support ongoing garden care

This means that all residents can continue to enjoy an accessible, green and welcoming outdoor space.

Planting Tomorrow shows how we, as an organization, can make a meaningful impact. Thanks to colleagues’ suggestions, we were able to support De Liberteyt in a valuable way this year.

We’re already looking forward to the next Planting Tomorrow activities.
If this post reaches you, we hope it inspires you to launch similar initiatives — together we grow! 🌿

Proud of our recognition as “Medium/Large Entrepreneur of the Year in Zemgale 2025”!

Agaris Latvia was honoured at the annual awards ceremony in the White Hall of Rundāle Palace for our commitment, innovation and contribution to the region.

One of the key aspects that contributed to this recognition is our strong commitment to responsible operations: in 2024, we transformed more than 200 hectares of former peat extraction areas into forest as part of our RPP (Responsibly Produced Peat) commitment.
More information about the RPP certification can be found here: https://lnkd.in/gWW3Zv7

This award is a wonderful acknowledgment of the work of our team and our partners. Together, we will continue to invest in the future of the region.
