The fact that I recently turned vegetarian - because of my believe that it is a healthier and more sustainable way of living - made me even more excited to start sharing not only healthy but also vegetarian and vegan recipes. I found out that there is never a right time to do anything. I am proud of what I know already but I am conscious that there is still so much more to learn.. I invite you to

Let me explain the mind-body complex...

There is no hierarchy between body and mind. They are in constant conversation. What happens in your body affects your mind and vice versa. Always. In both directions.

Therefore, in Yoga philosophy as well as, many years later, by Joseph Pilates, it has been emphasised that keeping the body healthy is a crucial piece in the holistic health approach.

Yoga - The body and its mechanisms, which is the primary vehicle, should be kept at its very best. There are 5 (!!) vehicles of the human being to be mindful of.

Pilates - Joseph Pilates created his revolutionary approach called ‘Contrology’ - later known as Pilates - a way to train both the body and mind.

YOGA&RUN • Flow. Run. Fuel. Start with a yoga session targeting the zones runners need most: hips, hamstrings, calves, and core. Then we head outside for a guided group run at a pace that works for everyone. We close with a homemade protein-rich snack to support recovery. (10 sessions, drop-ins possible)
