4. Assisted dip/pullover machine

Belly button ring or dangerous antenna?

We have a body that's made up by big pools of water cased in a web of connective tissue.

SHOULDER PAIN vs SMOKING

Every organ is connected to another part of your body. The lungs are connected to the deep front arm line which mainly covers pec minor/biceps/brachialis and brachioradialis.

Whenever you stress the lungs the body will redirect blood out of these tissues to create an increased healing velocity in the lungs.

Lack of bloodflow in these areas results in a decrease of nutrient flow/oxygen/chi and lymph. Which on their part leads to myofascial adhesions,inflammation and eventually strength loss and pain.

Shoulder/neck/elbow health does not go together with smoking. If you keep stressing your lungs you can never achieve optimal upperbody strength and health.
