Last week I spent 7 days at Château Frandeux, in the Ardennes.

I was working as a Kid Ninja (yes that is chocolate on my fingers 😆) for the Belgium Non-Violent Communication festival. And as intense and stressful as it was at times, I managed to sneak in some inner reflecting and soul exploration.

The line of questioning that arose for me during this time included;

How am I showing up in the eyes of the other?
Why is the content of my mind not aligning with the feelings in my heart and expression using my voice? How can I align them more?
And the biggest question was this: Where I my YES in all of this!?

It was an intense week, without a doubt, but within the chaos and overwhelm there was this strong desire to find a YES somewhere in the fog... even a small yes at first... a NO that changes to a YES. Or a YES that changes to a NO. All is welcome, and it was SO okay to have this validated by the beautiful women in my Empathy Group.

I spend alot of my time reflecting on others, seeing beyond the challenges and looking deeper in the patterns of others. Now it's my turn. To recieve shadow feedback (golden ones included 🧡).

Wondering how all of this will integrate over the next days...

Yes! I am all for this!

Even in alone space, all of this can be here. And in group setting - the space can adapt, change and flow with the needs and states of the other.

When creating space we learn how to take up space.

What kind of space do I want to create and fill up right now? Does the corner feel good right now to reflect in..

Does the open terrace meet me in my creative energy?

I love creating spaces, inside and out.

It's not all about WHAT you choose... but HOW you choose it.. 🧭

Maybe you're like me and you often find yourself in these "crossroad" scenarios. Never really having 2 feet on the ground, and in a casual current of choosing, debating, uncertainty and worry.

When we think of the Chariot in the Tarot, this card speaks to us of forward momentum, charging force, a "yes" card for whichever direction we are going toward.

However have you noticed that either side of the rider are 2 horses. One black and one white.

The wise rider, who maintains controls and mastery over his own life path must acknowledge and honour both the light and dark.

And there, in between, the middle way, lays Love.

So, it's not so much about what you are choosing to go towards, but rather how you are choosing. How are you showing up as the Chariot Rider, the one who decides the course?

Is it from a space of love? Or fear? Is the decision to go for something based on what you lack or what you desire? Are you willing to put in the required energy and effort to keep those horses in check, don't veer off the tracks.. not to slow and certainly not too fast.

Are you allowing enough patience and solitude to come to your own decision? Or is the decision process overwhelmed with impatience and panic - "must decide now".

At the end of the journey we all have to start again. No matter or how long or short that journey was.

Within us is the capacity to hold all options, all impulses and emotions and stand there in the face of adversity. Whether we are riding high or riding low. How we get to that physical choice is all part of the process.

There are no wrong decisions.

What if STABILITY was the ABILITY TO STAY...

STAY during stress
STAY during breakdown
STAY when all of you wants to run away

STAYING in the presence of emotional discomfort BRINGS you long-term stability. Having a level of integral stability within yourself sounds like "I've got this" and feels like "I am not running away from you this time".

Stability is something we all seek in various aspects of our life. Emotional, physical, mental, financial.

Having stability in our lives doesn't always feel or look 'stable', especially on the outside. Sometimes it can look like a f*cking mess. But don't underestimate yourself and your ABILITY TO STAY with that mess, that chaos, that uncertainty. That shows true integrity and grit.

I've just come out of a 20 minute meditative dive with this beast of a mineral!!

Facts:
▫️Jet is not a crystal or a mineral. It is a mineraloid. Because it is abundant in the mineral core of the earth but does not present any crystalline structures.
▫️Whitby Jet is the most sought-after Jet, located in the NW coast of England!
▫️It is a stone of mourning, letting go, cleansing of auric field and grounding energetic bodies
▫️Jet is SUPER light! So be careful! It has a very fragile fracture point with a Moh's scale of 2.5-4 depending if it's a soft or hard Jet.

🫶 This particular Jet is here to guide my journey on the spiritual planes as I navigate the shadow realm of others. It is helping me to ground fully by peeling back the layers of unnecessary thinking. It's so subtle, but it made a very strong impact on my system and how I work.

✨️TAROT READINGS✨️

So earlier this month I set myself up in the lovely church courtyard in Glastonbury Town, to meet with beautiful beings and offer donation based Tarot Readings! I did 5 in 5 hours!

It was intense, heart opening, confirming and above all it allowed me to tap into my unique gifts and purpose.

One thing I learned was that I cannot help everyone, as much I want to. The world and its inhabitants are suffering under the strain of an over complicated system which doesn't serve anyone at its core.

So my lesson was in learning how to hold that awareness whilst also offering hope and support to those who reached out.

I was tested also, people testing my abilities and skills. This is also not something I am here to prove. I do not perform magic tricks, I let the energy, messages and cards do that for me 😉🧚‍♀️

So watch this space!! More tarot reading services will be open to YOU very soon.

I find it funny, in a 'oh, you got me' kind of way, that deep down we all have the answer/s. We nay not know them consciously, but the answer we seek is there.

Like a telephone call from an unknown number. We might be curious to see who is on the end of the line, or we might shy away and pretend to be 'busy'.

And in all this thinking, pondering, choosing and suffering, we could have just taken the call and heard the person out.

Funny to think we spend so much of our precious life force energy and time sitting around waiting for the answer when its RIGHT THERE.

JUST PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE.
😆

And what's even more hilarious is knowing that I have currently trapped myself in that same predicament. I've been months (maybe years) debating what path to take, but never taking any action.

Baby steps, yes, but each night I am left feeling cheated on. I have the answer, so why am I afraid to own it!?

Its my god-damn duty right!?

Expanding and Contracting!!

The dance of life. I love it when I can feel and explore these 2 forces within my body. It feels so flowy, sensual, Liberating. A real dance between my head and heart and my heart and soul.
