Sometimes life brings something that needs our full attention.
Not to be analysed or pushed away, just met as it is.

For now, Suhrida is entering a quiet pause.
Not an ending, but a moment of stillness.

Thank you for your understanding and your presence.

One for you, one for a friend.

From a place of openness,
I am offering a few free invitations to practise yoga together.
A quiet moment
to breathe, to move, to be.

One class for you,
and one to share.
If this feels right for you, you are welcome to send me a message.

Valid for any Suhrida group class in Watou until April 2026.
Messages are welcome until the end of January.

Life can be seen as a theatre piece.

We move through the roles and stories of our lives, through all the moments that change and move.

Yet underneath it all there is something steady,
a quiet presence that simply observes.

When we touch that space within, even for a moment, something softens.
We remember that we are not the role we play,
but the awareness behind it,
our own pure essence.

Can you sense that gentle observer within yourself?

If you’re new to yoga and not sure where to begin, pause for a moment.

Put aside what you’re doing,
close your eyes if it feels comfortable,
and simply notice your breath.

Feel the air moving in and out of your body,
the gentle rise and fall,
the natural rhythm that’s always there,
guiding you back to the present moment.

In the ancient teachings, this is where yoga begins.
Not in a pose, but in awareness.
Each breath is a quiet reminder
of the life flowing through you.

In yoga, the practice is not about the body, but about what awakens through it, when stillness allows awareness to speak.

In many teacher trainings, if not almost all of them, anatomy takes a big place in the learning process.
Yet the ancient teachings remind us that the body was never the main focus.
It was a means to explore awareness and return to what is already present within.

The body allows the experience, but awareness holds the understanding.

// pause. notice. act consciously.

Nowadays, when something unpleasant happens, we often give it a name such as karma, trauma, or fate. While these forces are real, they’re often misunderstood. Many people say they don’t want to be victims, yet they keep identifying with their pain or story.

Yoga invites a different way of seeing, one that recognises karma not as punishment but as energy in motion. Every thought, word, and action carries momentum, and through awareness we can redirect it.

When we meet our experiences consciously, we stop feeding the same patterns and begin to act from clarity rather than reaction. This is how real transformation begins.
