A sports hall is built for movement, energy and intensity. 🏃‍♂️
But without the right acoustics, it quickly turns into a space full of echo and noise.

For the renovation of the sports hall at Campus CERIA in Anderlecht, the focus was clear: improve sound absorption without compromising on durability or safety.

Our team installed SonoMesh ceiling cloths to help reduce reverberation and improve the room acoustic comfort. This jack-of-all-trades combines acoustic performance with impact resistance and fire retardancy, making it perfectly suited for demanding environments like sports facilities.

A rehearsal hall should never be static. It needs to adapt to every note, every ensemble, every moment.

For the new rehearsal hall at Bozar, flexibility was built in from the start. A bespoke automated ChainTrack system carries doubled WoolSerge curtains, allowing the space to shift its acoustic character with precision.

When deployed, the curtains shape the sound. When not needed, they disappear completely behind the stage, leaving the natural acoustics untouched. Carefully colour-matched to the interior, they don’t just perform. They belong. Because in spaces like this, acoustics and aesthetics should always move in harmony.
