Queria muito falar com vocês sobre o básico

Geralmente feito com as pistolas, sem as devidas marcações corretas de distanciamento entre um furo e outro, sem assimétrica, sem realmente avaliar a anatomia daquela região.
Pior ainda quando vocês fazem de tempos em tempos com pessoas diferentes e cada qual tem sua maneira de trabalhar.
O que geralmente acaba acontecendo é exatamente o que vocês estão vendo nesta foto. Furos muito próximos, tortos demais onde a cliente não consegui usar seus brincos corretamente.
Então a proposta é dispensar esses furos e fazer novos nas medidas exatas, no lugar correto e com o tempo esses furos acabam por f**ando imperceptíveis e dependendo do modelo o próprio brinco esconde.
Em outro caso quando esses furos estão laceados demais daí fazemos a Lobuloplastia que veio para fechar essas perfurações rasgadas mas falaremos sobre elas em outro momento.
Agora me conta gostaram dessa solução que eu dei a essa minha cliente e do resultado final?

What usually ends up happening is exactly what you see in this photo. Holes that were too close together, too crooked where the client was unable to wear her earrings correctly.
So the idea is to do without these holes and make new ones in the exact measurements, in the correct place and over time these holes end up becoming imperceptible and depending on the model, the earring itself hides them.
In another case, when these holes are too lacerated, we perform Lobuloplasty to close these torn perforations, but we will talk about them at another time.
