It is time to start in our 2020 Desafito Challenge!
Our team has chosen to live longer and better. Yesterday there was the first measurement using bioimpedance analysis, which estimates the body composition, in particular muscle and bone mass, and body fat performed by our speaker Adriana Azank ().
Adriana also did an amazing presentation indicating the appropriate meal plans for these first 21 days of our challenge, which will still be continued. This year there will be a total of 8 months of changes in our eating habits!

Just as we did in October, this month we colored our products blue for a special action with digital influencers in support of Blue November!
We embraced this important cause for a much greater purpose: prevention of prostate cancer, a disease that in 2018 alone reached more than 68,000 new cases, according to the Ministry of Health.
this is still our motto! What is missing for it to become yours too?!
