World Thrombosis Day is an important opportunity to raise awareness of blood clots, their potential health impact, and the importance of prevention, early recognition, and timely medical care.

At INITIA, vascular health is an important part of our work. MORENOVA combines Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy (LiSWT) with advanced delivery technologies designed to support local blood flow and tissue repair.

📊 In our ongoing real-world PAD study, interim results showed meaningful gains in walking capacity, with mean Pain-Free Walking Distance increasing from 142 m to 406 m and Maximum Walking Distance from 207 m to 634 m.
These findings continue to be evaluated as the study progresses.

We were pleased to visit Dr. Chiharu Kanamori at Chiharu Clinic in Osaka, where Jwana Akawe, Product Manager at Initia Ltd., led a comprehensive training on MORENOVA™ PRO together with our local partners in Japan.

The training covered the 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗔™ 𝗣𝗥𝗢 platform, treatment protocols, and its use across women’s health indications, with a particular focus on integrating SUI treatment into everyday clinical practice.

𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗔™ 𝗣𝗥𝗢 for women’s health combines external treatment with transvaginal linear shockwave technology to deliver targeted low-intensity acoustic energy. The platform supports a range of women’s health indications, including Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI), Vulvodynia, Vaginal Atrophy / Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM), and Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD) due to arousal disorders.

A real-world clinical experience and outcomes report from the Argentina Shockwave Center shares practical experience with MORENOVA™ after 120,000 pulses delivered in a rehabilitation setting.

Dr. PT. Javier Crupnik, CEO of the Argentina Shockwave Center, reported using MORENOVA™ across a range of challenging musculoskeletal conditions, with consistently positive clinical responses observed across multiple treatment series.

Among the experiences reported:

• Hip and knee osteoarthritis — positive clinical responses, including meaningful symptomatic and functional improvement
