Eu tinha outros planos - mas que vida dinâmica eu criei para mim mesma. Ficar no Brasil nunca fez parte deles. Ainda assim, de alguma forma, o mundo parece mais barulhento do que nunca, e acontecimentos fora do meu controle estão me pedindo para ficar um pouco mais.

Ficar. Aproveitar minhas raízes. Me reconectar. Honrar o caminho percorrido até aqui e compartilhar minha medicina também por aqui. As dificuldades são professoras… quando uma porta se fecha, outra se abre silenciosamente logo ali na esquina.

Embora eu não tenha controle sobre o que está acontecendo no mundo, tenho a escolha de como me relacionar com esses desafios.

Meu sonho sempre foi compartilhar minha medicina pelo mundo, criando espaços onde eu pudesse trabalhar a partir de qualquer pequeno canto do planeta. Talvez agora seja o momento de oferecer essas experiências bonitas e profundas aqui no Brasil.

E o que fazemos? Aceitamos, confiamos e seguimos com o fluxo.

✧ When we are disconnected from ourselves, from our body and emotions, it becomes easier to create division, fear, and violence. When we don’t learn how to sit with our pain, we project it outward. When we don’t understand life, we lose reverence for it.

✧ Spiritual development, then, is not a luxury.
It is a necessity for survival - for our own clarity and for enhancing our sense of humanity.

☻ Human + Unity.

✧ Practices that help us slow down, listen, and reconnect with our inner world are not indulgences; they are foundations. They strengthen our capacity for compassion, for understanding, and for making choices rooted in awareness and love instead of fear.

✧ Maybe what we need most right now is a daily maintenance of faith - a daily return to the heart, a conscious effort to nurture kindness within ourselves and toward others.

✧ Because the more we cultivate inner peace, the less we contribute, consciously or unconsciously, to the chaos outside.

✧ And it’s been rough.
May we each do our part, in small and quiet ways, to bring a little more humanity, love, and faith into this world.

𖡼 O Morning Glory é um ritual terapêutico e meditativo com cacau que nos convida a mergulhar nessa jornada interna. Durante 3 horas, atravessamos um processo guiado com a medicina do cacau, movimento do corpo e sound healing, criando espaço para liberar emoções, trazer clareza e reconectar com o coração.

𖡼 Um encontro para reduzir o ruído externo, transmutar o que pesa no corpo e abrir espaço para mais presença, amor e verdade interior.

I don’t have any tattoos.
But if I ever did, it would be a tiny snowflake.

I said this once to a colleague while we were on a ski lift, back in my teenage years.
She asked me why - and without any doubt, the answers came clearly:

𖤓 I love snow. I love winter. The cold wind makes me feel alive.
𖤓 Every snowflake is uniquely beautiful - no two are the same. Just like human beings.
𖤓 Snowflakes fall from the sky with a specific form, then land on the ground and unite with others.
Many shapes. One essence. That’s our journey here on Earth.

Today, I would add something more.
𖤓 Snowflakes are one of the many expressions of water - part of the inner waters of Planet Earth.
“As above, so below”
We, too, carry our own inner waters (emotions).
And taking care of this vital inner landscape is key to living with more purpose.

I often like to go back in time and notice which themes were already calling me - quietly pulling me toward something deeper. The signs were always there.

In 2023, during a spiritual retreat, I met a lovely Turkish friend. I told her about a time in my early 20s, when I lived in Sydney and had a roommate named Seda - a beautiful Turkish woman I learned so much from.

My friend looked at me and said:
“Ah… Seda. Seda means SOUND.”

I was shocked.
Because today, I’m deeply devoted to vibrations, frequencies, and sound - and fascinated about how sound shapes our realities.

The signs are everywhere.
We just need to keep our antennas on.

❄️ Life moves in cycles - remembering, forgetting, returning. A sacred back-and-forth journey of self-discovery.

What an exciting way to live!!!
