O qi eh potencial de vida espontânea. O sopro ou vento , o qi é formado, inicialmente, por duas fases o yinyangqi. As cinco fases são relatadas no Huainan zi,dinastia han, depois assimilado pelo Clássico Interno do Imperador Amarelo, o Huang Di Nei Jing. Ex. : Na madeira o Zang, o depositário de ataque e defesa,vulgo termo galênico: figado: O Fu é o seu par yang o Palácio ou Receptáculo do alvorecer, vulgo termo galênico, a vesícula biliar, suas partes territoriais de dependência (shu) e sintonia de correlação (Gan Yin) são os olhos, músculos ,cólera, unha, sangue, sono, nota do...
Os ventos ou sopros insopráveis por ninguém, espontâneos são organizadores da vida com seus ciclos de alternância formando fases inseparáveis, asim como, o yinyangqi. As cinco fase, o yiyangqiwuxing, os cinco movimentos ou fases do yinyangqi, sempre estão em em mútua correlação e sintonia, ou Gan yin. A saber: a madeira (mu),o fogo (huo), terra (di) , o metal (qin)e a água ( shui), com seus ciclos sheng , de geração e de conquista ou dominãncia (ke) como se pode ler na figura 1.
