Do you get an uncomfortable feeling in your legs when you’re resting—especially at night—and feel like you *have to move your legs* to get relief?

This could be **Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)**.

🔹 An urge to move the legs
🔹 Crawling, tingling, pulling or aching sensations
🔹 Worse when sitting or lying down
🔹 Usually worse in the evening or at night
🔹 Improves temporarily with walking or stretching
🔹 Can significantly disturb sleep

💡 **Important:** RLS can sometimes be associated with **low iron stores**, even when your blood count is normal.

If these symptoms are affecting your sleep or daily life, speak to your doctor. **RLS is treatable, and the underlying cause should be assessed.**
