We completely understand that life happens and emergencies arise. We simply ask for kindness and consideration by letting us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

To help us continue giving every client the time, care, and attention they deserve:

• A P400 booking deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your treatment.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the deposit being forfeited.
