The beauty of being in your Lifes Purpose is that Life starts working for you not against you.
Its almost 6 in the morning and Im getting ready to Coach a client who's in 🇦🇺Australia. A young professional transitioning into the next stage of his life and with the promotion that he's just gotten, he wants to set new goals for his new position.

In corporate, from lower management where you were leading 10 people, now you're in senior management position leading 50 people....50 different personalities that you need to understand and make sure you extract the best from them o irele company madi. You cant do any of that before you first discover your own VALUES and see how they align with your new position or how they lack synergy, o ipaakanye, o ikage, o kgone go ira tiro sentle. Of the many people ive coached theres one similarity in them, they are exactly like me, batho ba, ba Solutions Oriented, they blame no one, they simply take responsibility for their lives!They are not waiting for things to happen, they pursue what needs to be pursued in order to make things happen.

But the tragedy is this....TODAYS LIFE IS NO LONGER A GROUP EVENT.....we are alone, and yes community is important, but not just any community my loves, a community ya batho ba ba ikagang. My community has never been Facebook thats why ke senke ke akgela ka sepe. I dont feel connected to anyone here except my tribe. And thats how its supposed to be. I come up with topics and I drive them i dont wait for Batswana gore ba trendise mongwe le nna ebe ke itatlhela🤣🤣 . The only thing thats worth my time is my Lifes Purpose, addressing social ills.....simple. So as I get ready to Coach my client, I am reminded of two things thos morning, Autonomy, and Tribe. My dear follower let me teach you this.....You are an autonomous being. O tsile o le nosi waa go swa o le nosi. People are just here to help you get to your lifes purpose. Two, those people were selected long before anyone knew you would exist. Thats why you are for one group of people and not another. Modimo o setse a go beetse batho ba gago. Moral of the story, life ke distage, invest in yourself as you transition through life. Secondly, you have your tribe and you dont need to worry about people who are not for you! Find your tribe and serve it well.Have an amazing Wednesday😘!
