❌ Do NOT quit network marketing. I keep having so many conversations with people who spent years of their life learning the philosophies and skills to build their network and business, who are experiencing some headwinds right now. The marketplace and consumers are changing. Attention and buying behaviors/options are shifting. This is causing some turbulence.
Just remember your WHY. You had and still have great reasons for wanting to build your own business. You still love the team-building, leveraged income model. All the philosophy and mindset growth you did still holds great value. “Moving with the cheese” doesn’t mean you leave the industry. It might mean you have to explore new tactics. Maybe even go back to older tactics you once employed before they changed.
After 7 years in this business model, I still believe 100% that there is no better business to build that gives all this does. Start with little to no capital, no experience, no need to invent anything, systems and support already in place… and all one needs to do is plug in and market, and show others how to do the same. Scale.
Who you became in your journey in this business so far is so valuable. And who you are still growing into has yet so much value ahead of you. To quit now would be a travesty. To give up merely because you encounter some headwind would be a weak decision. Sure you may point to hardship or let downs. But what in life doesn’t have that? If you had a bad relationship, do you quit and never date again and choose to be alone for the rest of your life?
Be strong, be resilient, be smart and planful about your path forward. But stay on the path. Surround yourself with great leadership and mentors. Remember the WHY. Focus on the MISSION. Keep growing. Keep impacting people.
