Come for a healthy and delightful lunch, and experience refreshment, peace and recharge
Under the shade of the open wooden roof, homemade food is lovingly prepared and set up for savouring. Everything is plant-based and either a mixture of raw and cooked, or all raw for an intriguing experience. Afterwards, take a walk along our little paths, and appreciate the beauty of The Land in whatever season it is experiencing: dry and hot, cool and green, warm and sweet scented, cold and invigorating. Now you can sit quietly in the Hall, or outside under a tree, and have a cup of tea as you relax in enjoyment of this day. Throughout the afternoon, you have the rocks to stretch out upon as you breathe deeply in and view the great blue sky above; the trees to sit under and feel the dusky shade on your skin as you sit back and read your favourite book; the labyrinth to give your questions to and walk silently in anticipation of the unknown ways you will get your answers; the rebounders to entrance your cells to greater health and strength through a bounce of joy; simple art materials to express yourself without fear of doing something wrong; and birds to entertain you, beetles to peep at, peace to experience, stress to release, books to read, stillness in which to listen to your inner voice, and space to just be...
