Purpose of the Project
To provide an opportunity for Belizean Youth to develop interest and capacity in plant production; learn and practice benefits of maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle; how to become entrepreneurs with low cost but high yield businesses. This will also be addressing social and economic concerns in the neighborhood. This can and will improve living standards through the pr

Our Urban Garden Program is expected to reach out to 300 beneficiaries over the next two yrs. The active participants will receive special training in different types of organic farming. Such as:
Aquaponics;
Hyrdoponics
Vertical Gardening
Permaculture

Our Expected Results:
1. Increase awareness and interest in urban farming among beneficiaries and surroundings.

2. Appreciation and awareness through personal life skills development and experience in producing healthy vegetables for food security..

3. Obtain 300 beneficiaries in the Belize City with productive gardens within two years.

4. Provide beneficiaries with important steps needed for successful coordinated crop production.

5.Contribute to the reduction of poverty levels through income generation for improved livelihoods. Keep up with our progress and grow along with us!
