The Sacred Space Yoga School is directed by Paulette Gloria Rigo Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), Registered Children Yoga Teacher (RCYT), Classical Pilates Trained, Yoga Birth Method (YBM), and Birth Doula. We are dedicated to providing quality teacher education in two settings: classroom settings and individual coaching. We provide yoga tea

cher certifications using a proven curriculum manual and format approved by the National Yoga Alliance. We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with the National Yoga Alliance and have superb faculty with years of experience in yoga and the healing arts. SSYS specializes in group classroom settings as well as individual coaching and mentoring that allows students to fit the program into a busy lifestyle, and uniquely supports the connection of student to teacher in the manner that yoga was originally taught. The program will expose students to many different styles of yoga, but provides a strong primary and foundation focus in Hatha Yoga. Completion of all program requirements will make you a Certified Yoga Teacher and qualified to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the National Yoga Alliance.
