Migraines… do you suffer from these debilitating headaches? 🤕

Do you experience nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, visual disturbances (auras), or the feeling that a migraine is about to take over your day?

Did you know that acupuncture may help with migraine management?

Many of the patients I see have been struggling with migraines for years, making them a chronic and frustrating part of life. The good news is that treatment is individualized. We work to identify and address the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your migraines.

No two patients are exactly alike, but helping people reduce the frequency, intensity, and impact of migraines is something I have had the privilege of doing for many years.

✨ Curious if acupuncture could help you?
✨ Know someone who struggles with migraines?

Send me a message and let’s chat about your symptoms and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

You don’t have to suffer in silence. Help may be closer than you think.

Wind in Traditional Chinese Medicine is considered one of the “external pathogens” that can invade the body, especially during seasonal changes like spring. In TCM, wind can carry other factors like cold, heat, or dampness deeper into the body and disrupt your system.

Signs of “wind invasion” may include:

* Sudden headaches
* Stiff neck and shoulders
* Sneezing or cold symptoms
* Itchy skin or hives
* Dizziness
* Facial paralysis/Bell’s palsy
* Muscle spasms or twitching

Protect your body by covering the back of your neck on windy days, avoiding getting chilled after sweating, and supporting your immune system with rest, nourishing foods, and acupuncture.

In TCM, where wind goes, symptoms can move and change quickly. Stay grounded, stay warm, and protect your energy this spring. 🍃
