🌚 New Moon 🌚 May 16, 2026. 🌚

Many people think the New Moon is the time to start hustling, chasing goals, and forcing things into existence.

But traditionally, this dark phase is actually the ultimate yin space.
It’s a clean slate.
It’s the pause before the breath.

Before the moon regains its’ light and we start focusing on what we want to build, the medicine of the dark moon is all about inward reflection and nervous system regulation.

It’s about tending to your inner world, getting grounded, and giving yourself permission to just “be” without focusing on everything else…

Growth doesn't happen when we're comfortable; it happens when we're challenged.

It’s the difficult moments, the moments we have no idea how we’re going to handle, that actually teach us how strong, capable and resilient we truly are.

While it would be great if everything was easy, a life without obstacles or hardships doesn't give us the lessons or teach us the tools we need to handle it all…

When things feel tough or like they're falling apart, that is usually when the real work is happening—teaching us to find a strength we didn't know was there.

These rough patches are lessons in resilience, turning us into someone wiser and more capable of staying steady no matter what shows up next.
