Join us for an evening of sound, stillness and a little bit of magic as you’re gently cradled in an aerial hammock and surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, handpan, chimes and other earthly little sound-makers as you journey where your sweet soul leads you.

There’s no perfect way to do this. No experience needed. You don’t need to know how to meditate, you don’t need to be “good” at relaxing, and you definitely don’t need to have your s**t together! 😉

We're all a little bit of a mess. Life is a lot. Our brains are loud. Everything is moving at warp speed and sometimes we just need to freakin' chill!
