I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2011 and have also been a Pediatric/Neonatal RN since 2005. I have three children (7y, 9y & 11y) and love being a mom, despite the challenges that come with it! I know from both personal & professional experience that a pregnancy,
a delivery, those first days/weeks with your newborn, and the weeks/months to follow can all go in many different ways! I myself breastfed 2 of my 3 children exclusively and one was partially breastfed then exclusively formula fed. I can offer information, tips, resources, and even 'hands-on' help when it comes to changes during pregnancy, the first/weeks days post delivery, and up until your child stops breastfeeding or you wean him/her. I am pro-breastfeeding, however I know that's not always possible & want to do my best to make sure we try everything to get you achieve what YOU want & what's best for your baby. I also have a passion for working with those who may have some additional challenges, including induced lactation (when it comes to adoption or surrogacy) through to those with infants who have complications such as cleft palate, downs, etc., or have multiples. If there's something I don't know, I promise you I will find the answers and do my absolute best to help you achieve your desired results.
