Menstrual Hygiene Day exists because periods are still political. Still stigmatized. Still expensive. Still inaccessible for millions.
We're asking you to talk about it. Out loud. Without whispering. Without stuffing a tampon or pad up your sleeve. Have those normal discussions. Speak openly, educate boldly and celebrate the bodies that carry us.
At M**f, we believe loving your body means all of your body, every cycle, every phase, every day. Menstrual hygiene gaps are not the shame of those who bleed, they are the shame of every nation that lets it happen. That needs to end. Period.
