💬 Update to patients:

🏥 Alberton Health Centre:

I’m happy to be returning from maternity leave to the Alberton Health Centre this month at part time hours, with appointment bookings starting on January 19th. Initial clinic hours with be mornings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Hours will be extended late winter. Appointments at the Alberton Health Centre are for those on my patient panel, and can be booked as usual by calling 902-853-0403 (beginning January 19th).

🩺 Alberton Pharmachoice / Wellness on Main:

I will be booking patients most Tuesday mornings at a same-day access clinic at Wellness on Main, located at the Alberton Pharmachoice. All patients are welcome - those with or without a primary care provider. This is a single issue clinic, with booking online only at skipthewaitingroom.com (no walk in visits). Online booking opens on the morning of each clinic at 7:00am, with the first clinic being tomorrow January 6th.

✨Notice to patients✨:

Clinic will be closed for appointments Sept 29th - Oct 9th, reopening October 10th at the new Alberton Community Health Center, located at 397 Church Street. Paperwork and prescriptions will still be tended to during this move. We are excited about this move and hopeful that this larger clinic space will help in recruitment and retention, so our multidisciplinary healthcare team can continue to grow! Thank you for your patience as we prepare to open at our new location.

Please note: The new clinic will not affect acute care provision at Western Hospital. The Emergency Department, Lab services, XRAY, and inpatient care will remain at Western Hospital located at 148 Poplar Street, Alberton. 🏥
