I am so excited to announce that I will be joining Innisfil Wellness Centre on Tuesdays from 9am-1pm and Thursdays from 1-7:30pm!

I will still be at Vibrant Healing in Barrie and Natural Balance in Alliston as well. I will now be available Wednesday evenings instead of Thursday evenings at Vibrant Healing.

I maintain a general practice - meaning I see most health concerns. I am exceptionally passionate about mental health (especially anxiety and ADHD), women's health (PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy support), and metabolic health (insulin resistance/diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, thyroid health)!
