Out harvesting some horsetail, this is a wonderful plant that has the second highest silica content for a plant. It's a great addition to hair products for the Mountain Beauty line of products that are coming soon. Horsetail is at its most potent from May to June as its ideal harvesting time.

Don't forget it's Mother's Day this weekend & there are lots of Mountain Beauty farm grown plant-based soaps back in stock. It is now market season so come visit the Mountain Beauty mostly pink booth.

This Saturday May 9th at 2386 Thomas Dolan Pkwy in Carp 11-4
Sun May 10th at in Almonte from 10-4pm

Spring market season has begun so make sure to visit Mountain Beauty to pick up some Eucalyptus & Oatmeal soap this week! This plant based soap has refreshing eucalyptus which is grown here on the Mountain Beauty farm. It's an amazing beneficial plant that of course gets to live the winter inside the Mountain Beauty workshop.

This Thursday April 30th Mountain Beauty will be downtown Almonte for the .almonte from 5-8pm.

Happy Earth Day 🌎🌍! While every day should be earth day, Mountain Beauty is a farm grown beauty line produced all entirely from plants and grows the ingredients on the farm, harvests in the woods and fields as well as repurposes items like coffee grounds. Mountain Beauty grows plants from the earth for the benefit of your skin health. Ingredients such as the wonderful oils of olive, sunflower, coconut, argan and shea butter are used which are all organic and Fairtrade. Mountain Beauty also uses plants that some sadly consider weeds such as dandelions and prickly ash which have great skin benefits. Thank you Mother Earth for everything!

Back in stock! The very popular Chaga Mushroom 🍄 & Birch soap has returned. This soap is a symbiosis creation as the Chaga Mushroom can only grow on aging birch trees. It is best harvested in January after it's gone through a cold stint, it has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. It's even been used as a coffee alternative in hard war times and now is a popular healthy way to get much needed antioxidants.

Birch trees have a natural spearmint scent so this soap is a delightful woodsy one created from ingredients that were harvested on the Mountain Beauty farm.
