What a dermaplane actually does (it's not just shaving).
Brides — save this one.
A dermaplane uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove three things at once:
✨ Dead skin cells
✨ Peach fuzz (the soft hair that catches your camera flash)
✨ Built-up oil and keratin trapped underneath
The result is light hitting your skin instead of bouncing off it. Makeup applies like silk. Foundation doesn't grab the fuzz. You photograph as if you've been backlit.
The wedding-day secret: book your dermaplane for FIVE days before the wedding, not the day-of. The skin needs a few days to settle.
Dermaplaning is $70. Add the Resurfacing Laser for $100 and you have the ultimate pre-event glow.
