No agenda. No registration. No cost. Just come by. 🤎

Come have a sauna, try one for the first time, ask us questions, check out the different saunas and our relaxation space — or just come look around and hang out. You definitely don’t have to sauna to come!

If you do want to sauna, bring a bathing suit + towel and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ll have the saunas fired up, cold shower going, fires burning and snacks + drinks to enjoy.

Come anytime between 3–9. Stay for a little or stay awhile.

Mark your calendars — we’re kicking off sauna season. 🔥

Saturday, September 12 | 3–9 PM

Come spend some time with us at Cedar Spirit. We’ll have three saunas (The Den, The Oasis & The Grand Oasis) all fired up and ready to use, along with our cold outdoor shower, relaxation room, fire pit + fire table, snacks and drinks.

Never saunaed before? Come try it.
Already love sauna? Come have one.

Still thinking about what a beautiful weekend this was.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, stepped inside the saunas, asked questions and shared a little bit of your story with us. The conversations are always our favourite part.

And what a setting. Pineridge Hollow felt like such a natural home for a weekend centred around living well, slowing down and taking good care of ourselves.

We’re heading to LIVEWELL Wellness Market at Pineridge Hollow + The Village this weekend, and we’re giving away a private Cedar Spirit sauna experience for four.

This little space is the beginning of something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time.

Somehow, all the things we each love found their way into Cedar Spirit. 🤎

Steve has spent most of his life building things with his hands. He knows wood, craftsmanship, and how to take an idea and make it real.

And I’ve always been drawn to the other side of it — wellness, slowing down, creating spaces that make people feel something.

Cedar Spirit has become this beautiful meeting place between the two.

We build saunas, yes. But what we really hope we’re creating are places for people to slow down. To gather. To reconnect. To step away from the noise for a little while.

This weekend, we’re bringing two of our saunas to LIVEWELL at Pineridge Hollow + The Village and we’d love for you to come in, sit down, ask us questions — or just experience what we’ve been creating.
