Meet Crystal Troup, NP šŸ¤

While Crystal isnā€™t new to Kontur (she has been our incredible Medical Director) sheā€™ll be joining us on site this September to offer private medical services.

With 13 years of experience in healthcare, Crystal is exceptionally knowledgeable, deeply compassionate, and truly brilliant at what she does. Her expertise, insight, and genuine passion for helping people feel heard, understood, and cared for make her an invaluable part of the Kontur team.

Beginning this September, Crystal will be offering private medical services at Kontur, giving our patients access to personalized, one-on-one healthcare from someone we trust wholeheartedly.

We love to say ā€œlooks donā€™t matterā€ā€¦ but I think the conversation is a little more nuanced than that.

Looking good doesnā€™t magically make you happier or more successful.

But feeling good about the way you look can change the way you show up.

You carry yourself differently. You speak up more. You take the photo. You say yes to the opportunity. You walk into a room with a little more confidence.

And confidence has a funny way of creating momentum.

It can influence the opportunities we pursue, the way we connect with people and ultimately, how fully we participate in our own lives.

Thatā€™s why Iā€™ve never viewed aesthetics as simply ā€œfixingā€ the way someone looks.

Thereā€™s nothing superficial about wanting to feel attractive, investing in yourself, or wanting the person in the mirror to reflect how you feel inside. šŸ¤

From the very beginning, Iā€™ve always believed in reinvesting back into myself and my education. Not just to grow my business, but to make sure Iā€™m giving my patients the safest care, the best techniques, and the best results I possibly can.

This industry never stops evolving, and neither should we. New techniques, new technology, new research. There is always more to learn.

I truly believe that when you stop investing in your education, you also limit your own growth. And in an industry where safety and technique matter so much, staying comfortable just isnā€™t an option.
