One of our favourite events of the golf season is officially in the books ⛳️
This week, we had the opportunity to attend the RBC Canadian Open Celebrity Pro-Am at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley for the fourth year in a row.
It was a beautiful day spent connecting with golfers, supporting their preparation before tee-off, and being part of another great event in the golf community.

That first month back on the course can feel great…until your back, elbow, hip, or shoulder reminds you it had the winter off.
🏌️ Early-season injuries happen because your swing comes back faster than your mobility and strength do. .
A few minutes of prep before your round can make a big difference.

We are excited to be attending the RBC Canadian Open Pro-Am next Monday, June 8th for the 4th year in a row! ⛳️
Once again, we’ll be at the stunning TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, where our team will be offering complimentary mini-treatments on the driving range before the shotgun start. It’s always a privilege to be part of this incredible event and to help players and guests feel their best before they hit the course.

Your golf swing doesn’t start with your hands — it starts with your pelvis. ⛳️
These pelvic tilts in quadruped and tall kneeling train two things every golfer needs:
• Pelvic mobility
• Trunk stability
When the pelvis can move freely while the trunk stays controlled, you create better separation between the hips and upper body — a major key for generating rotational power in the swing.
More pelvic control = better sequencing, more efficient force transfer, and less compensation through the low back.
Mobility gives you motion. ⛳️
Stability gives you control. 🏌️‍♂️
Power comes from having both work together. 💥
Train the foundation, and the swing gets stronger.

Just resting during the off-season won’t heal your golf injury 😌🏌️‍♂️
We often see this pattern: Pain creeps in at the end of the season, you rest all winter, golf season returns, and so does the pain. Rest without rehab isn’t recovery.
