At DKOS we provide complete and comprehensive treatment plans, including solutions for sport, activity and recovery. We employ a proactive approach in order to keep clients at their best, so they can enjoy living an active, pain-free lifestyle, be it participating in recreational sports or activities, or training with specific goals in mind. At DK Orthotic Solutions, we strive to be different from other orthotic providers in designing our orthotics and treatment plans specific to each person and their activity. An orthotic for a running shoe is designed much differently than an orthotic for a cleat or a cycling shoe, and this is different from an orthotic designed for recovery. In order to receive maximum benefit from your orthotic, it needs to be designed specifically to the individual, their activity and their shoe.

What a weekend ❤️

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in the 2026 Sulphur Springs Trail Race in Dundas Valley Conservation.

The conditions were nothing short of legendary: relentless rain, knee-deep puddles, peanut-butter mud, fallen trees across the trails, limited visibility, and a chill that seemed to settle right into your bones.

But alongside the storm was something even more powerful.

There were cheers echoing through the forest. High fives from muddy hands. Strangers checking in on one another. Food shared. Extra gear offered. Umbrellas held. Warmth given. Encouragement everywhere.

The weather tested every runner, volunteer, and spectator. Yet through it all, the trail community showed exactly what it's made of.

The weather was strong, but the human connection was stronger.

A huge thank you to everyone at Sulphur Springs Trail Race for organizing, supporting, and delivering such an incredible race weekend. We're already looking forward to next year.

One wild ride through the rugged trails of Dundas Valley ✌️

This Saturday, Team DKOS takes on the 2026 Sulphur Springs 100 Mile Relay. We'll battle climbs, technical single track, rocks, roots, mud, and whatever weather race day throws at us (surprise! It's rain!) ... But the best part of this team has nothing to do with pace or race results. This crew is made up of genuinely amazing human beings: supportive teammates, hardworking athletes, trail lovers, hype crew specialists, and the kind of people who make every training run, early morning, and muddy mile worth it.

At DKOS, we spend our days helping runners and athletes move better and stay strong ... and now we get to hit the trails together and put our legs, lungs, and orthotics to the test!

4 days until the 100 Mile Relay!

One loop. 20K. 1500 feet of climbing. Repeat x8 as a team through the rugged trails of Dundas Valley Conservation.

This course is no joke — relentless hills, gnarly tree roots, tight single track, fast descents, and now the forecast is calling for an absolute mud fest on Saturday.

We start at 6:15am and, if all goes to plan, we’ll cross that finish line around 11:30pm. A full day of grit, mud, teamwork, and unforgettable race day energy.

In light of all the CFL combine action that wrapped up this past weekend, we just had to dig into our archives for this gem ⬆️. Throwback to 2017, when Drew went head-to-head with Mike Daly of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in a battle of combine drills.

Day 3 in, 5 to go… as they grind through 700+ KM and 16,000m of climbing, through brutal terrain, mountain passes, and whatever extreme weather gets thrown their way.
