Let’s be real… who hasn’t performed in the mirror with a hairbrush microphone? 🎤😏

Consider this your June funtervention. 🎶 Whether you can already sing or want to learn.

Mirror operas. 🪞
Kitchen concerts. 🍳
Shower solos. 🚿
Car karaoke. 🚗

We all do it. And yet… when it comes to singing in front of others, we suddenly think:

“Yikes.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m tone deaf.”
“I could never.”

But you don’t need to be “good” to sing. You just need to be willing. This isn’t about performance. It’s about what happens when you actually use your voice.

We’ll take you on a SPIRE wholebeing happiness journey and we’ve partnered with Saints Studios and choral conductor Sze Chen Cheong, who brings 30+ years of experience, to create a one-night guided group singing experience that’s welcoming, supportive, and honestly… just really fun.

Join us for A Night of Laughs, where stand-up comedy meets laughter yoga for an uplifting evening of comedy, connection, and feel-good fun.

Nikki will guide you through a playful laughter yoga experience designed to help you breathe, loosen up, laugh on purpose, and leave feeling lighter. Then Neil will bring the laughs with his stand-up comedy, so you’ll leave smiling, relaxed, and reminded how good it feels to laugh out loud.

**No yoga mat. No poses. No flexibility required. Just bring an open mind, a sense of humour, and a willingness to laugh.

This is what Living Happy Inside Out is really about. ✨

We are still feeling so much gratitude for the way our participants showed up over the last 12 weeks: with openness, courage, curiosity, laughter, reflection, and a willingness to grow.

And the beautiful thing about this work is that the transformation doesn’t end when the program ends, it keeps going as a lifestyle, as an identity and your way of flourishing. 🤩

As Kristen shared:

“This experience has meant so much to me. Nikki and Linda created such a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space to show up, grow, and truly be myself. I’m walking away feeling more confident, connected, and excited for what’s ahead. This may be the end of 12 weeks, but it feels like the beginning of something really meaningful.”
