The phone lines are not working at the shop right now so we can not take any calls, we have been in touch with bell and they are trying to get them back for us ASAP. We are able to check the voice-mail. If your looking to book an appointment you can message the page or call the shop and leave a voice-mail, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Hello everyone!

Just wanted to let you all know we unfortunately have to close tomorrow December 21st as there has been a close contact exposure. We were closed today for deep cleaning and for the staff to be tested. We hope to be back Wednesday December 22nd to help get you all ready for Christmas 😁🎄. We will be in contact with those of you who have missed appointments to reschedule. Those who were in our salon around the time of the exposure have been notifed.

Hi again folks!

I'm sure most of you have heard about the new restrictions and provincial wide lock down that will be starting at 8am April 27, 2021. Unfortunately due to this we will have to reschedule all your upcoming appointments. We will be sure to contact you all as the date gets closer to us reopening, if you do not hear from us feel free to give the shop a call and leave us a message, we will make sure your name is on a list to rebook when we reopen.

Hello Everyone!

Due to the recent rise in cases, our main priority here at Styled By Denise is our clients and staff members safety, we have been following the constant change in guidelines and restrictions over the last few days. To help reduce the spread of Covid-19 we are taking Dr. Strang's precautions very seriously and feel the best way to keep our clients safe is to only accept clients who live within the town and county limits of Antigonish for the time being.

We will reach out to you if you are from outside the area and have an upcoming appointment at our shop. If you are from out of town and have not heard from us yet we ask you to please give us a call so we can talk about rescheduling your appointment with one of our stylists.

We do not like to have to do this as we appreciate ALL of our clients, those within the county and beyond. We wish we could see all of you at this time, but like all other businesses we still have to follow public health protocols.

When you arrive for your appointment we ask that you remain in your car or outside until we are ready for your appointment. You can call (902)863-0005 to let us know when you are in the parking lot or to book an appointment.

**WARNING! LONG POST AHEAD!**

Hey everybody! We are happy to finally be able to announce that we will be reopening our doors to the public on June 8th. It has been a long few months and we know you are all overdue for your services. We have received your many messages left for us and can’t wait to see you all again. Please be patient with us as we try to get all your appointments booked, there are a lot of changes and new protocols for us to get use too which will make this a slower process than usual. We have been going over our books from the end of March and contacting clients who missed an appointment due to us being shut down. If there is anyone who had an appointment that was missed please message your stylist or call the shop and leave a message there and we will get back to you over the next couple days.

We have been sent guidelines from the Cosmetology Association who has been working hard with Dr. Strang and Premier MacNeil to make sure the reopening process is safe for both our clients and us.
A few new protocols sent to us for clients are:
• All salons are limited to no more than 10 individuals at a time.
• Clients MUST wear a mask while in the salon. It is best that you take your own but we will have them available for a small fee.
• You will be asked if you are feeling well when you book your appointment and we will have a risk assessment form to be filled out when you arrive at the salon.
• If possible please have clean hair when showing up for your appointment.
• When you get to the salon we ask that you wait in your car until you hear from your stylist, this is to insure that we can follow proper social distancing guidelines.
• Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you are feeling ill in any way, we prefer you cancel and reschedule for when you are feeling better. If we notice you are showing symptoms when arriving at the salon you will be asked to leave.
• Follow all salon directions and notices when visiting.
• Avoid washroom use if possible.
• Avoid cash transactions whenever possible
• Please do not touch the product displays, if you are looking to purchase any product let your stylist know what you’re looking for and we would be happy to get it for you.

There have been a lot of new expenses just for us to be ready to open our doors again, with that being said we have had to adjust our prices accordingly, we hope you will all understand.

Thank you again for being so patient during all this! We can’t wait to see you! The countdown is on! See you in a week’s time!

Hello again everyone! 😊

Just a reminder we will be at the shop this Saturday from 10-12 for you to pick up giftcards that have been pre-ordered over this past week.

We would like to ask that you contact one of our stylists on Facebook or Denise directly by calling or texting 902-872-0475 before Saturday so we can make sure to have the gift cards all filled out and ready to go for you. We want to make this a quick and safe process for all our wonderful clients and their families. We have also decided we will only be accepting etrasfer and those can be sent to [email protected], sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi everyone!

It is hard to believe how much time has passed since we had to close our doors! We miss you all so much and are excited to hopefully be back in action soon. Not as excited as you guys though 🙂

Mother’s Day is this Sunday. If you would like to get your Mom a gift card for the shop, we will be there Saturday to allow for pickups. Please contact one of our staff, and we will arrange pickups!

E-transfer is preferred so everything can be ready to go!
