**WARNING! LONG POST AHEAD!**
Hey everybody! We are happy to finally be able to announce that we will be reopening our doors to the public on June 8th. It has been a long few months and we know you are all overdue for your services. We have received your many messages left for us and can’t wait to see you all again. Please be patient with us as we try to get all your appointments booked, there are a lot of changes and new protocols for us to get use too which will make this a slower process than usual. We have been going over our books from the end of March and contacting clients who missed an appointment due to us being shut down. If there is anyone who had an appointment that was missed please message your stylist or call the shop and leave a message there and we will get back to you over the next couple days.
We have been sent guidelines from the Cosmetology Association who has been working hard with Dr. Strang and Premier MacNeil to make sure the reopening process is safe for both our clients and us.
A few new protocols sent to us for clients are:
• All salons are limited to no more than 10 individuals at a time.
• Clients MUST wear a mask while in the salon. It is best that you take your own but we will have them available for a small fee.
• You will be asked if you are feeling well when you book your appointment and we will have a risk assessment form to be filled out when you arrive at the salon.
• If possible please have clean hair when showing up for your appointment.
• When you get to the salon we ask that you wait in your car until you hear from your stylist, this is to insure that we can follow proper social distancing guidelines.
• Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you are feeling ill in any way, we prefer you cancel and reschedule for when you are feeling better. If we notice you are showing symptoms when arriving at the salon you will be asked to leave.
• Follow all salon directions and notices when visiting.
• Avoid washroom use if possible.
• Avoid cash transactions whenever possible
• Please do not touch the product displays, if you are looking to purchase any product let your stylist know what you’re looking for and we would be happy to get it for you.
There have been a lot of new expenses just for us to be ready to open our doors again, with that being said we have had to adjust our prices accordingly, we hope you will all understand.
