Feet First Cedar Foot Bath Massage is here! The first of its kind in Ottawa and provided by an Indigenous RMT!
Enjoy a 30 minute lower legs and feet treatment with a soak in the bubbly heated cedar tea bath followed by massage with cedar essential oil scented massage oil and finished off with skin softening cedar/lemongrass lotion!
You can also start with the Feet First massage and finish with a 60 minute table treatment. Robes and slippers provided.

Today and everyday! 💜

Today is International Self-Care Day, and it's a good reminder that taking care of yourself comes in many forms. Sometimes it means smudging before the sun's up, or just saying no to plans so you can just rest.

For Indigenous communities, self-care has long been about getting out on the land to reconnect and breathe. It's about sitting with loved ones and choosing solitude when that's what you need.
